Australia Day is a celebration, and a party always brings out the flirt in us. So celebrity make-up artist Glenn Nutley shares some tips on super flirty make-up to turn up the heat this Australia Day.

Makeup that oozes sex appeal has to always draw attention to your flirting assets: the eyes and mouth.

The lips
A sensual mouth is either dripping wet with gloss, making the lips look inviting and soft, or rich in colour and creamy in texture to make the lips look velvety and kissable. You want the men to be looking at your mouth when you’re talking to them, even if they’re not listening to a word you are saying!

Try MAC Tinted Lipglass in Russian Red… It’s bound to stop a man in his tracks!

The lashes
Lashes, if you know how to use them properly, could be considered a weapon of mass destruction… Because you could destroy a man’s heart if they are used irresponsibly.

A few coats of mascara are a must, but make sure they are well combed out and not all over your skin… Clumpy lashes are sooo tacky. I love Chanel’s Inimitable mascara, for that reason. It’s silky, no clumps and ALWAYS in Black.

The eyes
Sparkle for attention… To really draw attention to the eyes, make sure they catch the light… and he won’t be able to look away.

Bobbi Brown make an amazing Sparkle Eye shadow in Silver Moon. When dusted lightly over a smoky shadow, it will create an effect of a star-lit sky over a dark desert, designed to mesmerise men!
