How To Order

NOTICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS DURING THE RESCU STOCKTAKE SALE

Like you, we love a bargain, but with all these great deals comes some updated purchase guidelines.

1. Order Tracking during the sale period
Please be aware that during the Rescu Stocktake sale, we may experience peaked traffic and activity on the site. Ocassionally, this leads to hiccups or delays in the system. We suggest that you keep a record of your order number and contact admin@brandmakers.com.au if you experience any problems with your order. Please note that due to the increased number of orders during this time, delivery may be delayed by 3-4 business days on sale purchases.
We ask for your patience and promise that you will be rewarded with amazing deals and incredible savings during the sale.

2. No refunds or exchanges on sale merchandise
Please be advised that all purchases are final during the Rescu Stocktake sale and no refunds or exchanges are offered on sale merchandise unless the goods are deemed to be faulty. This must be brought to our attention immediately upon receipt of order quoting purchase number and detailing the nature of the fault. Please also be aware that some items have soiled, damaged or no packaging and may be close to expiration date. This is reflected in the deep discount on the item and is not considered a 'fault'. Please choose carefully and enjoy the great offers.

3. Out of stocks and sell outs
Finally, there are ocasionally instances when the inventory system is not quick enough to speak to the online store and the item you have ordered may have sold out. In this instance, we will contact you and give you the option of a full and immediate refund for the sold out item and any related postage charges or you can replace with another item of same value. All offers are available while stocks last and no rainchecks are offered on sold out merchandise.

We happily accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), bank cheques, personal cheques and money orders.
Cheques
Please make all cheques payable to: Brandmakers Pty Ltd (That’s Rescu’s parent company). Although we'll need to get the bank's A-OK on your funds situation before we can dispatch your order. Bank cheques are processed within 3 business days. Patience is a virtue.

Delivery Charges and Times

Rescu's shipping fees are based on the number of products you buy.

$8.50 for 1 - 2 products
$12.50 for 3 - 5 products
$16.00 for 6 or more products

These prices are for delivery, ANYWHERE IN AUSTRALIA.
Shipping charges for returns are at the customer’s expense.

All parcels will be delivered to the address you give us at time of purchase and you will need to sign for the parcel. It is strongly advised that you provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours as all parcels require a signature.

Parcels will be unmarked on the outside, for security, but delightful on the inside for your receiving pleasure. If you are not at home to receive your delivery, Australia Post will leave behind a card in you mail box advising you to collect your parcel from your local post office. See, totally safe, secure and sound.

In our experience - and we've had many a test run - Registered Australia Post Deliveries take approximately 3 – 7 working days from the date of the order, depending on where you are located.

Order Tracking

If you haven't received your order after 7 working days for regular post or 3 days for express post, send an email to admin@brandmakers.com.au with 'Track Order" in the subject line with your 4 digit order number. You can also call 1300 553 440. DELAYS OF ADDITIONAL 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS ARE EXPECTED DURING RESCU STOCKTAKE SALE.

Site Security

Shopping at www.rescu.com.au is safe as can be but .... if you crave human contact and would prefer to order over the phone, just call us on 1300 553 440 and we’ll process the order using your credit card details. RESCU uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology: an industry standard encryption method that is designed to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your credit card information when you provide us with it. We then process the funds through National Australia Bank online services. We do not store your credit card number once the order is processed. We promise. Cross our hearts.

Other important Information...

Prices and availability are subject to change from the last time you ordered with us. Please check the website regularly to avoid disappointment or that awful feeling that we may be trying to rip you off. We're not.

Product Availability
All products are available while supplies last. We do not back order but we will let you know by email when out-of-stock items are available once again so that you can return online to order. If a product is charged but not available, the full cost of the item and related shipping charges will be credited back to your purchase method or you will be given the opportunity to exchange for another item. This sometimes happens when the inventory system does not react fast enough with the online interface. We apologise for this inconvenience and will try to make the remedy quick and painless.
Return Policy
We hope you love everything you order from RESCU. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on opened and used colour cosmetics or fragrances, or any skincare products that are more than 20% consumed (generally allergic reactions happen within the first 15% of a product's use). No exhanges or refunds are offered on sale merchandise.

Should you be less than happy with anything else you've ordered - we can't imagine why - please return it to RESCU within 14 days with your original receipt, and we'll be happy to refund your purchase or send a replacement product. When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items. All refunds are credited to the original pay method. And we don't do cash refunds. Just so you know, IMPORTANT: Send your package via an insured and prepaid method (we recommend REGISTERED POST BY AUSTRALIA POST). Include your packing slip (or invoice number) and please let us know the reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

Product returns are processed on a weekly basis, by a trained and able RESCU team member. We want to make sure that we check for defects and any unexpected issues so that we know why you weren’t thrilled with your purchase.

If you are in a rush for an item you wanted as an exchange, we suggest that for speedy service, you place a new order with us for any new items, confident that your returned item will be credited once we process the package.

RESCU Privacy Policy

We at RESCU love, respect and, quite frankly, worship our customers. We want to make sure that you enjoy your products and are wowed by our service. An important part of this process is discretion and privacy. We consider the personal information you provide us with (when using our website and purchasing our products) to be golden. Which is why we'd like to provide you with both peace of mind and the low-down on our Privacy Policy.

The types of information we collect:
Unless you sign up for the RESCU Report or purchase products, you can visit our website without revealing any personal info. Easy.

If you either purchase from us and/or choose to sign up for the complimentary RESCU Report service, we’ll need to collect some personal info from you; just so that we process the sale efficiently, you get the goods, and so we can let you in on white-hot offers and cool info. The "Personal Info" we’ll request is typically: your name, address, contact numbers, billing and shipping information, credit card details or e-mail address.

The technical stuff:
When you visit RESCU.COM.AU our servers automatically record basic information about your visit, such as the type of internet browser and operating system you are using, the date, time and duration of your visit and the pages you viewed. This information is anonymous and does not give us any personal information. We’re not being sneaky, just trying to figure out how you might use our website so that we can finesse the experience. Keeps us on our toes...

A cookie, by itself, cannot be used to find out your identity, it merely identifies your computer to our servers when you visit our websites. When you choose to give us your details, here’s how we use it...

We’ll use your purchasing details to fulfill your order and when you sign up for the RESCU REPORT, we’ll send you a monthly newsletter and e-alerts on hot offers, free samples and the latest beauty news. We don’t share this with anyone else and we never ever sell it. That would be dodgy. We might, however, use it for in-house analysis of who our customers are, what you like and as we mentioned earlier, to make sure you have a fantastic, flawless service experience.

WE PROMISE…RESCU will not intentionally disclose any personal information that can be identified as yours. We don’t sell, trade or rent this information to third parties (like pesky advertisers or telemarketers).

Now, in the event that we give out your personal information, it will only happen if:
A) You give us your permission to disclose the info.
B} Legally we are compelled or authorised to.
C) Rescu reasonably believes there is a threat to someone's life or health.
D) Our website or business is sold to, or merged with another entity.

The information you provide is stored under accepted standards of technology and operational security. We do this to protect your personal info. from potential loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. Only authorised RESCU and IT personnel are provided access to your private information and these people are required by law to treat this information as confidential. We do everything humanly possible to safeguard this information, however, we cannot guarantee absolutely that any and all unauthorised access to your personal identifiable information will be prevented. In the case that we believe there has been a security breach, we will aim to advise you within 24 hours of discovery.
