MO Luxury Pty Ltd (the Promoter) is organizing the “Competition: win a complete luxury career styleover session” promotion exclusively on rescu.com.au’s online platform including their website, facebook and Twitter.

The participants may win a prize based on their creative merits. The competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.

DURATION OF PROMOTION

Entry in the contest is from 12:01am (AEST) on 14/06/12 to 11:59pm (AEST) on 28/06/12.

METHOD OF ENTRY

Entry to the contest is only open to residents of Australia, aged 18 years and over. The contest is not open to MO Luxury employees and their immediate families.  Each valid entry will be given the opportunity to win one of two prizes, granted to the top two submissions as judged by a panel of judges at MO Luxury on a specified date.

Prizes and values are as follows:

First Prize:

Luxury Career Styleover half-day session valued: at $1100 each session

This prize includes two x half day one-on-one consultation power sessions with MO Luxury comprising career coaching, mapping, CV review, interview role play and an interview styling session with sought-after style guru and writer Dijanna Mulhearn of Wardrobe 101. Each session valued at $1100

· The Luxury Career Styleover sessions will be held at MO Luxury’s Head Office in Sydney and does not include costs to travel to or from Sydney, these costs are to be borne by the competition winner.

· This prize is valid for six months from date of competition winner announcement.

· The prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash or any kind.

· The prize cannot be otherwise redeemed during any other period.

· The prize value is based on prices for all elements provided within the Styleover session

Second Prize: CV review and rewrite valued at: $180 each This prize includes 15 x CVs professionally reviewed and rewritten to specifically target employers and maximise potential for success.

· The successful winners CV’s will be reviewed and rewritten after emailed receipt of existing CV/Resume in a Word Document format and after responding to a brief questionnaire via email

· The prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash or any kind.

· The prize value is based on the lower range of MO Luxury’s prices for CV review and rewrite (AUD$180 - $250) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION MO Luxury advises that all prizes offered in this competition are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

The judges’ decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way. In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final.
