Designer Bio

Belynda Macpherson began her fashion career by knitting her own leg warmers and ballet-wraps, which allowed her to develop her own knitting styles. Weaving her love of ultra-soft cashmere basics with classic style, she launched Banjo & Matilda in May 2008, and continues to gain a loyal international following. Sister-in-law Elle Macpherson has since guest-designed for the Bondi-based label. Men’s, Baby, and Home collections are planned for the near future.
