TIP 1: Be aware of your body type

Being aware of your body type will help you know what bras to look for. For example, if you’re an "apple" (top heavy) shape, you should look for fuller coverage bras, not demi-cups. If you’re athletic with a smaller cup size, a push up plunge bra will add curves.

If you have the dreaded back fat, you probably think your bra is too tight, but actually—your bra is too big.

If there's a bra that you really love but they don't have your size, it's usually ok to go up a band size and down a cup size – or vice versa.

Regular bras should to be replaced every six months to a year due to wear and tear.

Bras will last longer if washed after every wear; otherwise leave a day in between wearing the same bra, giving it time to regain its original shape and the fabric time to breathe.
