Culture Vulture for November 2012
30th OF October 2012
November is the month of Australian horse races, including our most prized and well-known race, Melbourne Cup. “The Race the Stops the Nation” lands on the first Tuesday of the month and if you aren’t lucky enough to catch the race live there are plenty of other places across Australia to celebrate and join in the action. We’ve rounded up a selection of fun events for you to enjoy, along with a slew of other fun activities to keep you entertained all November-long. Catch a flick at an American-style movie theatre drive-in or at an open air cinema, shop up a storm at seaside market, or raise money towards a cause by supporting an event – we've noted just a few ideas to get you started on planning your last month before summer.
