Zoe Bingley-Pullin is the founder of Nutritional Edge and has long been passionate about the food in our lives.

After becoming qualified as a nutritionist at the Diploma of Nutrition, Sydney and a chef at Le Cordon Bleu School, London, Zoe now helps people embrace the benefits of food through education and understanding.

Zoe is an experienced speaker having run workshops for The Westin Hotel, Henry Davis York, Marie Claire, Clinique, Freehills, George Patterson Bates, Unilever, Capgemini, L’Oreal Biotherm’s Aquasource and Ultraceuticals to name a few.
Her thriving consultancy business helps the likes of Salad Works, Eat Fit Food, Lipton Iced Teas, Continental Cup-O- Soup and Health Vending to tailor their business to a more nutritionally marketable product.

Discussing the benefits of leading a healthy lifestyle through writing is one thing Zoe is extremely passionate about. She is an in demand writer who contributes to a number of publications including Prevention, the Fitness First magazine, Cleo, Madison, Marie Claire, OK and Harper’s BAZAAR.

With a television career that includes regular guest spots as an expert and presenter on The Morning Show, A Current Affair, Today Tonight, The Today Show, Mornings with Kerri-Anne and as a MyZone Sports Water spokesperson on the Fitness First Lifestyle Channel, one can see versatility is Zoe’s strength.

Zoe is the spokesperson and nutritionist for Avocados Australia, which sees her creating recipes, writing editorial content, making appearances on television and providing advice to the Australian public. She currently appears in the Danone Activia ad campaign and she has appeared at food and lifestyle trade shows The Australian Egg Corporation.

Her latest endeavor is her healthy cooking school, which is run at the About Life Health Food store in Rozelle. With the school, Zoe aims to whet your appetite and get you excited about cooking healthy food with a difference.

Zoe is always uncovering different ways we can make exciting healthier food choices. Bringing her wealth of food knowledge, Zoe had a hand in creating the weight loss program BodyTrim. Her role in this project saw her create recipes for the program which over the two years has proven to very successful in assisting Australian’s lose weight the healthy way.

A passion for the industry means Zoe is always looking for fresh ways to educate people about the importance of nutrition and their environment.
