Rebecca Varidel chats with her good friend, well-known Chef Luke Nguyen about all things food. Luke talks about his restaurant, Red Lantern which has been 10 years in the making.
Luke also chats about his amazing career in the food industry with Rebecca and all the amazing achievements along the way including book deals, a TV series and an amazing restaurant.
Luke's recent book 'Indochine' follows the Chef as he revists Vietnam and includes food and cultural elements to inspire lovers of French and Vietnamese food and travel.
Luke is also airing the 4th season of his own TV show, Luke Nguyen's Vietnam, which came about from Luke's passion to get Vietnamese cuisine understood in Australia and is now aired in 150 other countries!
Luke's career has only gone from strength to strength and we thank him for chatting with RESCU!
